What is your favorite college football blunder?
Q. I watched an LSU game about 5 or 6 years ago and the true freshman kick returner ran the ball about 7 yards ignoring his teammate in the end zone just to kneel the ball on the 1 yard line. He sat on the sidelines with a towel over his head for the next few minutes.
Asked by danieljamesalley - Mon Oct 27 09:45:58 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. I believe the returner was Xavier Carter and that's probably why he's running professional track now. My favorite blunder was probably the 2006 BCS National Championship game when Ted Ginn Jr. ran the opening kickoff back for a touchdown and injured himself for the rest of the game celebrating. Talk about missing the forest for the trees.

Obama had a good chance to attack Hillary on her RFK blunder but didnt?
Q. Why is that? All he said was that she probably didnt mean it that way. I mean seriously I remember when Hillary took Obama's bitter remark and ran with it.

A. Obama said from the beginning that he was not interested in that kind of campaigning. If he did attack H.C. on her blunder, he would be just as bad as she is. And then there really wouldn't be a difference between the two candidates.

Q. What will it take for you NOT to vote for OBAMA? I personally think if he bleached his skin that would spell doom for his chances of being re-elected. What do you think? You have my vote Elmo...as long as you make promises of pies in the sky and other nonsense. elmo will probably be better than Obama.

One of his minions in I believe, NC said today that Palin's only qualification is she did not have an abortion. Too bad we can't just debate socialism and personal responsibility.

Was it a tactical blunder for Hillary to brush over the caucus states?
Q. How to explain her poor performance in those? black leopard-explain uncle ruckus-that was naughty!
Asked by Jackie Oh! - Sun Mar 9 11:19:39 2008 - - 18 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Yes, it was a major tactical error. They misjudged Obama's potential appeal and the enormous boost the media would give his bandwagon. They didn't realize their mistake 'til it was too late and Obama started winning 10 to 15 delegates in state after state, many of them eternally red ones. Off your question's subject, but it is interesting to note that if the Dems ran their primaries in the same 'winner take all' manner as the Repubs, Hillary would now be ahead by roughly 200 delegates. I.E., by winning the big states, which either will have to do in November, she destroys Obama in the winner take all format. And that's not including Florida and Michigan, which I suspect she will/would win comfortably against Obama.

What is the bigger foreign policy blunder for the United States: Vietnam or Iraq?
Q. Both wars are iewed by the majority of Americans as major mistakes. Many brave and decent American men and women died in these wars. Far more U.S. servicemen died in Vietnam (at least that is true at this moment), but that is not the only measure by which to judge the level of error in these two wars. Which one was the worse mistake for the United States?
Asked by "Kh a a a a a n n" ! ! - Mon Apr 16 11:21:08 2007 - - 10 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Since we did not learn from our mistakes in Vietnam, in part because GWB was awol during Vietnam, I would say that Iraq is a far bigger blunder. I think we've killed more Iraqi civilians by now than Vietnamese civilians, but I don't know for certain. I am a decorated, disabled veteran who advises all young people to stay away from our military right now. Democrats and Republicans alike are abusing the selfless service of our troops. American military members are dying to meet political ends not to protect our nation. Don't let millionaire power-mongers like Bush and Clinton waste your life so they and their friends can line their pockets with more cash. If you want to serve your country, join your local police force.

A. I got a teacher fired. Lemme explain. See, I have a collagen disorder that eventually made all my joints dislocate (not at once, but that would have been funny =P) - but it also makes them very loose. When I moved to Texas (the first time), I was in eighth grade. I started having trouble with my knees in fifth grade. Anyways, in gym, near summer I think, you have to run 1.5 miles which was like eight laps. And you had a minimum time to do it regardless in order to be considered "fit". During the run, my right knee began subluxing (not dislocating but partway - I was in danger of a dislocation if I didn't stop). I could stand there on my left foot, shift an even amount of weight (I was underweight for my height) to my right and you could… [cont.]

A. The greatest blunder of this government is overspending. We are the government and our money that we send them has been misspent for years and years. You cannot make everyone equal by giving them things they should earn for themselves. We have created generations that look to Washington to supply all their needs. Like everything, it has finally come to an end. They have to admit their mistakes and take responsibility no matter how painful it might be. The time for throwing money at every problem has to come to an end.

Did Obama pick the right person for the job again, is this another blunder?
Q. According to ABC News, Christopher Hill will be the new ambassador in Iraq. Hill speaks no Arabic and has spent no time in the Middle East. Yes, he is apparently a super diplomat. But these next 24 months hardly strike me as a time for a crash course in Arab culture, Iraqi politics, or the Arabic language. Also, does Hill have any relevant experience dealing with the military? Can this President ever pick the right person for the job?
Asked by Dina W - Wed Feb 4 12:49:26 2009 - - 9 Answers - 0 Comments

A. I'm sure that someone who has as much experience in diplomacy and as much success as he has had in regions that are not what you would call allied with the US will function as well as anyone in Iraq. Isn't Clinton Secretary of State not Secretary of Defense? Why exactly does she need anymore experience dealing with the military anyway? But in case she does she served on the Senate Committee on Armed Services since 2003 so I'm sure she has some basic understanding of how the Armed Services work, just a hunch.

A. I know its irrelevant to the question but Sachin shouldn't have played in the first place. He selfishly decided to play and put Mumbai's chances at stake. Though Mumbaikar and a Sachin fan,i can say that it was a terrible decision. Considering the kind of form Pollard was in,a little more time at the pitch would have steered Mumbai home but having said that i think Chennai completely deserved the victory. All credit to 'Captain Cool' and his boys, they kept their nerves when it mattered the most.
